Policy
Typically the cost for design and personalization of our items is included in your order. There will be no extra charge to your order for custom designs. If you do not see any design that suits your need on our website and would like to have one designed just for you, we suggest you place an order. We will work with you until we obtain the design that satisfies you. If however you are not satisfied with our design and would like to cancel the order prior to our processing of your order, we will refund you minus a $20.00 design and set up fee.
We will start working on your order immediately after we receive your payment. Prior to processing the full order, we will e-mail you a beta version of the item for your approval. Please take the time to proofread your sample carefully. We are not responsible for any errors found after you approve your sample. Once you have approved the final design for your item, you are then obligated to pay for the order.
If you have approved the design and personalization of our items and then decide to cancel the order prior to our processing your items, a $20.00 design and set up fee will be charged. If you cancel your order after we have processed your order, you will be charged the full price for the order and the shipment will still be made.
Our products are custom made and cannot be returned. If there was an error made on our part, we will replace the particular item at no additional charge. If there was an error on wrapped candy bars or personalized bubbles we will replace the wrapper or label portion at no additional charge.
We will not be responsible for any error in any information you provide to us.
Typically, you can expect to receive your items within 5 to 7 business days from the approval date of the beta version of the item. Birth announcement items can be shipperd within 2 business days from the approval date of the beta version. If there is a need for a "rush" on your item, we will try our best to accommodate your needs on an individual case by case basis. Please e-mail us if such circumstances arise. A rush fee of $20.00 will be applied to the order that need to be received within 5 to 7 days after the date that the order is place.
We usually ship your order via USPS Priority Mail - Standard 2-3 day delivery. However, the USPS does not guarantee the 2-3 day delivery. When possible, we will try to ship your order in such a way that there will be more than 2-3 days prior to your event. In the case that you need your order on a certain date within 2-3 days after the approval date of the beta version of the item, we would recommend USPS Express Mail - overnight delivery in many areas. Once your order is shipped, we will not be responsible for any mistake or delay due to the USPS delivery service.
We process all credit card payments through a secure third party firm. If you have any questions concerning the charges that appear on your credit card statment involving our transaction, please contact us as soon as possible such that we may resolve these issues. Please note that we charge $20.00 for credit card charge-backs that have no legitimate basis.
Due to copyright law, we cannot personalize your items with any registered or trademarked characters such as, Mickey Mouse, Barney, etc...
