What's your turn around time?
We begin creating and personalizing your unique personalized item as soon as we receive payment. We e-mail you a proof within 1 to 2 business days from the date that you place your order. We will then work with you until you are satisfied and issue a final approval for the design and personalization. Typically, you will receive your order within 5 to 10 business days after the final approval. Rush orders for Baby Announcements are possible, please contact us for details.
How do I send a picture?
The best pictures are close-ups, clear and well-lit. Please do not crop your picture, we will crop it for you. Please send it by e-mail as a .jpg file or you can send it by mail for us to scan for you. There will be no charge for scanning. We suggest using a photo mailer to protect your photo and mail to: Chantima's Creative Keepsakes, LLC. P.O.Box 392, Red Lion, PA 17356. Your picture will be returned along with your order in the condition in which we received it.
What kind of materials do you use?
We use high quality materials for our products. We use high quality yarns, lace and ribbons for our handcrafted angels. Our personalized candy wrappers, bookmarks, mintbooks and bubble labels are printed on acid free papers and laminated with high quality film for long lasting protection. One of our missions is to offer outstanding products at great prices.
How do I pay for my order?
We accept Money Order, PayPal, Visa and MasterCard with our Secure Server. Please keep in mind that you must sign up to use PayPal. If you are paying by Money Order, your order will not be processed until we receive the Money Order.
Can I get a refund?
We usually spend decent time to work with you on your design and personalization. We will adjust your design and personalization according to your guidance throughout the process. We ask you to spend time to proofread and issue final approval. After your final approval, no refund will be given on any order.
